About me:
I have an extensive background in sales and marketing; over the past 15 years I have had the exciting opportunity and challenge of working with two fortune 50 companies; the Xerox Corporation and ASSA Abloy (European).
My marketing skills, sales training and the ability to understand clients and their needs, led me to many Presidents' Club and other awards. My marketing approach, including campaigns, helped lead to those successes.
Joliva Creative LLC developed as a direct result of my wanting to "partner" with other business owners and their marketing and sales departments; to help and confer with them in strategic planning and marketing. To develop new and fresh approaches to advertising, recruiting and training, to name a few. To help run campaigns, note market trends, examine competition and measure the company's performance, growth and profits.
This consultative approach along with giving my client's the proper sales and marketing tools gives my client's the competitive edge for success.
About Joliva Creative:
First of all, because so many people ask, where does the name Joliva come from?
Well it is a combination of my beautiful daughter's names; Julia, Olivia and Eva, they are my inspiration for everything I do.
Now back to business.
Joliva Creative's mission or goal is to increase my client's profits and growth.
As we stated above, we work with your staff in a consulting capacity, put together a plan and then execute the plan working closely with my client and my vendors. We set up the proper sales tools, the most effective and advanced marketing materials, and help my clients understand the products and services available to them. Marketing campaigns use "branding" as a backbone; branding includes simple items such as, making sure all your employees have the same business cards, use the same letterhead, and carry through to the brochures, website, corporate image piece, mailers, and other collaterals. These items must be consistent in nature, give the "vision" of the company, and tell a "story". Every product and / or services has a purpose or story if you will. The story is carried in the message on or in the collaterals.
I have found many companies are outsourcing critical information, such as programming and creative to China and India. Or, the client's have to work through third party intermediaries. This approach to me does not give the best results, and can often lead to a "disconnect" or a level of frustration.
At Joliva Creative we work with the client's, or the client's will work with the creatives of the companies that best suit the needs of our client's. This is not only an effective tool to get the message of our client's out, but often lead's to award winning collaterals.
